DMCA — Copyright Infringement Notice and Takedown

TruyenHay CMS respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf) and believe that content on this website infringes your rights, please send a notice following the guide below. This is a starter sample text — the Admin should update the intake email and the process to match reality.

What a complaint notice must include

  • Your full name and contact information (email, and a phone number if possible)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you own that has been infringed
  • The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on this website
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the complained content is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your signature (an electronic signature or your full name)

Where to send the notice

Copyright complaint intake email: the site administrator.
After receiving a valid notice, we will review it and remove or disable access to the complained content within a reasonable time, and notify the uploader (if identifiable).

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including: your contact information, the URL of the removed content, and a good-faith statement that the content was removed by mistake. We will forward the counter-notice to the complainant and handle the next steps appropriately.

Repeat infringers

Accounts or uploaders who repeatedly infringe copyright may have their access to / posting rights on the website terminated.
